The United Kingdom

• Total has been operating in the country since 1962.

• 2011 Group average production in the UK: 169 kboe/d (thousands of barrels of oil equivalent per day) 90% of this production comes from Total-operated fields located in two major areas: the Alwyn area in the northern North Sea, and the Elgin-Franklin area in the Central Graben.



Norway

• Total has been operating in the country since the middle of the 1960s.

• Total has stakes in 80 production licenses (including 17 as the operator).

• 2011 Group average production in Norway: 287 kboe/d (thousands of barrels of oil equivalent per day)



The Netherlands

• Total has been operating in natural gas exploration and production in the Netherlands since 1964.

• Total has stakes in 24 offshore production licenses (including 20 as the operator) and two offshore exploration licenses.

• 2011 Group average production in the Netherlands: 38 kboe/d (thousands of barrels of oil equivalent per day)
